How can I export all the JIRA issue along with their attachments at once.

I am able to export all the Issue in CSV or WORD format. But I am looking to download all the attachments attached to those issue simultaneously. 

So When I Export all the Issues to CSV I want to be able to download attachments as well.

What's the use case for doing this? That might change the answer here.

As far as I know though, it's not a native feature - it's either linked to another tool (based on use case), or could require an App.

It's not possible natively, essentially.

You'll either need to use the API, or look for an App on the Marketplace that can do this.

Unfortunately, I could not find any app which allows us to download attachments.

The Better PDF Exporter app has an export type that will embed the attachments in the PDF document itself.

When you open the resulted PDF file in Adobe Reader, for example, it allows you to view the attachments or even "extract" them:
