How can I get a sub task to use a different screen design than the issue?

I set up screens for sub tasks (Product Tasks) and main issue types (Change Requests).  But when I add a subtask within the issue, it shows me the issue screen and NOT the subtask screen.

Kindly make sure that you linked the sub-task screen to the create screen for the sub-task issue type in the project issue type screen scheme.
