How can I hide specific childs from Epic view? 

I am trying to figure out how can I hide child items from Epic view because in order to not delete permanently my jira items, I've created a new resolution status called "Deleted" but I don´t want this elements in my daily views.

I've already tried to exclude those items from the filter but It doesn't work if I get into the Epic detail.

If you're looking at the Epic ticket itself and are describing the section of the ticket that outlines which tickets in the instance have an epic link reference to this Epic, the only way to remove those tickets is to remove the epic link.
