The screenshot images are shown really small and you can't distinguish the content unless you click on the image and then you're shown a bigger version. That's an extra step than before (server version before migrating to cloud). In the server version, you could adjust the size of your screenshot/image right inside the description.
Thanks a ton for any help!

Hello @Diana von Ballmoos
When the image is added to the description is it automatically setting to display a thumbnail, like this...?
!Screen Shot 2020-11-30 at 1.34.11 PM.png|thumbnail!
You can try eliminating the "|thumbnail" attribute, and see if that makes the image bigger within the Description field display.

@Trudy Claspill can I change the default somewhere so it's not adding thumbnail to every image? It's getting tedious to constantly have to remove that text for every screenshot :(.

It seems like this article says you can:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-file-attachments/
However I also found this in the JIRA Cloud backlog that seems to indicate it doesn't work
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71387
I also found this change request on file, talking about another variation on the feature.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-47677
I haven't actually tried this.
