How can I mark issue as a suggestion which is not a bug?

I want to give a suggestion about the functionality which I am testing, so how can i create that. It is not a bug just a suggestion only.

@Vihangi Desai  , you can create a new issue type called suggestion (similar to bug type) and configure the screens and fields accordingly?

I have created but that issue type is not showing in dropdown while creating issue.

@Vihangi Desai  , is the issue type added to the project's 'issue type scheme'?

or did you by chance create a subtask issue type?
