Hi,
Before switching to the New Jira Navigation, I was able to "Manage Quick Filters" from the Backlog view.
After clicking that menu-option, I was presented with a view of all existing "Quick Filters" where I also could create new quick filters.
After switching to the New Jira Navigation, I'm no longer to access that screen.
When clicking on "Manage Quick Filters", the menu on the left side does change but I do not see the quick filters, nor can I create new ones.
After switching back to the current Jira Navigation menu structure, I can access the "Quick Filter Management" window as previous.
Once switched back to the New Jira Navigation, I couldn't even access that view from the URL.
Pleas fix this in the New Jira Navigation as I need the feature to "Manage Quick Filters" for myself and my team.
Regards,
Rob.
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
At first, I already tried that but that option of "Quick Filters" shown there, did not give me a way to modify them at all. It just opened a new Backlog view where I could only use the existing Quick Filters.
Revisiting the New Navigation again, and going through your suggestions did show the right panel. Although a few extra clicks are involved in getting where I need to be.
Thanks for the answer.
Regards,
Rob.

Hi Pasam,
Although I've seen your suggestion to work, restarting all over again did not show me the "Manage Quick Filters" panel but a new view on the "Active Sprints" panel.
The URL in the browser does change to https://..........atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/........./59/quickFilters?config=quickFilters
But refreshing that URL presents me with the following:
I already reported a bug for the New navigation.

Hi @Rob van Eerd if you select the project board at top of active sprints you can find 3 dots there you can find board settings and then you can see the quickfilters there you can create new filters or you can see existing quickfilters.i have shared the images for your reference in the first answer.

Hi @Pasam Venkateshwarrao,
I've seen those screenshots and like I said, I only once saw what was expected.
However, retrying the same procedure did not work for me which is why I reported a bug to Atlassian.
New features should always work and not only occassionally.
Regards,
Rob.
p.s. for now I switched back to the current Navigation.

I am having the same issue. I just cannot see how to edit my existing quickfilters on a board.
I can see them, but no way of editing.
If I click the 3dots next to the name of the board I can get to 'board settings'. But there is not an option from that page to manage quickfilters, only options for editing the board filter.

Hi Paul,
FYI: I switched to the new navigation and when I right-click on "Manage quick filters" (from the Backlog screen) and select to open that in a new tab, I get the list and can modify them (using the three dots on the right).

Rob.

Wonderful, thank you. I never checked from the 'backlog' screen!
