How can I receive result of filter subscription not via email

I subscribed to filter, but want to get notifications to telegram too. Is there way to do this?

Thanks, but it doesn't seem to work for my issue. I need to know maybe where subscriptions are stored, to receive this information and according to it send notifications to telegram.

What are you looking for exactly, where the list of filters a user is subscribed to is stored? 

Can you let us know why the earlier solutions aren't going to work for your requirement?
