How can I set Email Notifications with a own subject title?

I want to set Email Notifications and write a own subject title instead of using the default system subject.

Where and how can I do this?

This requires modifying velocity templates.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Also, there is an open issue about the same requirement as yours
