Warm Grettings from Korea.
I am a jira site admin, and planning to let all my company members to use jira for work.
Security is really important for my compnay, so I want people to access jira when they are using the company computer, in the company building.
So I want to list up the IP lists of the all workers, and allow the access only for those IPs.
Is there any page I can do it?
I found out this page(Specify IP addresses for product access)
, which announces me how to do it.
BUT I CANNOT FIND
From your organization at admin.atlassian.com, select Security > IP allowlisting."
FYI, I am using Jira Software Premium
Type | Examples |
---|---|
IPv4 | 104.192.143.1 |
CIDR block | 104.192.143.0/28 |
This sounds like you do not have a premium (or enterprise) subscription to Jira! IP Whitelisting is only available to premium.

I have
1. Jira Software (Cloud)Premium,
2. Confluence (Cloud)Standard, and
3. Jira Work Management (Cloud)Free
Would it be working if I have PREMIUM CONFLUENCE?

Hi @박보은 !
That is really interesting.
What options do you have under "Security"? You could not have missed it, right?
