How can I set up permissions so that the Reporter sees only his tasks within the project?

Hi @Svitlana Rekhalska

A restriction should be applied to each task within the project.

Create a security schema where only reporter is added, plus those who need to work on tasks. Watchers or similar can be added based on your requirements

The security level should be set as default so it is applied for new tasks. (Older issues may require a bulk change)

Sure, you can.

You can use Forms to hide/show fields based on previous values or use Scriptrunner (app) to perform the same outcome. I'm sure there are more apps, just explore the marketplace based on needs and budget
