We are currently having issues with the approval of timesheets in Tempo. The two users who need to approve them are encountering problems; one receives an error when trying to approve (please see photo attached), and the other does not see any timesheets to approve.
HI @Erika Matsumura ,
Looks like the users have not logged in Jira when they click on the approve on the email.
If this does not resolve your issue, please contact Tempo Support for further troubleshooting.

Hi Susan,
Thanks for your feedback. I will ask the user to make sure she is logged in Jira before she clicks the link on the e-mail.
Regarding the other user, who cannot see any timesheets to aprove, he is not receiving any e-mails as well, so he cannot try your solution. Which could be the solution in this case?
Best regards
Erika

If he didn't receive email for approval, either the user didn't submit to him or he has no approval permission for the team(s).

In this case the user did submit her timesheet to him and his role is Tempo Team Lead, so he does have permission to approve timesheets.

It's best to open a support ticket to check the email sent in the backend. 🤔
