How can I speed up the account deletion process?

My account (email-address-01) final termination is scheduled for 19th July. I need the email, used with this account, for updating an old account (email-address-00) email address – and then use it in a couple of projects.

How could I speed up this?

I don't think you can, as there are 14 days of waiting period involved.
