How can I sync AWS partner oppertunities with Jira issues?

Hi! 

We are AWS partners. As such, we recieve oppertunities from them and from other sources. We would like to manage it in Jira and would like every oppertunity from AWS to automatically create a Jira issue- and also the other way around if possible. 

Is there a tool, or an option to do that?

One thing I haven't seen is how you get notification of these AWS opportunities.  Is it by email or a specific program?

If it's by a specific program, can you set up Jira's REST API to create an issue?

I need some more detail so I can give you a better answer.

Well we do get emails but they don't contain the full details. I'm looking for a solution that directly connects to AWS
