How can I transfer a part of the ticket description into a field?

Hi!

In the ticket description we always start with an order number followed by customer and then what it is about.
I am looking for a way to automatically copy the first part of the description, which is a pure number sequence like 2022100-007 into the ticket field "Project number" to not have to do it by hand. Is that possible via an automation rule with field customization?

Hi @cDemmerle 

You can create an automation rule using smart values for text field, in order to get the first part

Then copy that part on to the field you want.
