No-one from my team is receiving any notifications from Atlassian (or even invites, which is particularly annoying). From what I have heard on forums, it might be due to automatic blacklisting of my email domain. I cannot start a proper support ticket as we're a small team and only starting with free version. Does anyone know a way around it?
The domain name is `temitech.pl`.
Emails are hosted on google suite but until yesterday we didn't have an SPF and DKIM TXT records present. They're there now but it didn't change anything.
This has nothing to do with Atlassian but with the provider for your email address so you will be need to contact them.
Regards
Dave
@Dave Bosman [Realdolmen] How come? I am receiving emails from anyone other than Atlassian. I am even getting emails from Atlassian Community. The only place they're not coming from is Jira and user services so I think it is an Atlassian issue. And it seems common.

In that example that you sent, it is only the one user that is impacted for as far as i understand. It is because that email address is blocked due to the error sent back to atlassian.
However this should be solved by resending the mail again. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Access-questions/New-user-not-receiving-invitation-email/qaq-p/618249#:~:text=This%20bug%20has,the%20local%20problems.%C2%A0
You are talking about nobody receiving emails, so it could be and it is more likely to be that the mail server blocks the mails from jira@yourCompanyName.atlassian.net so you might want to check that.
