How can I update an issue security level once it is linked with another issue ?

It's for JIRA server not cloud.

Suppose I have an issue called PD-1 whose security level is none. I have another issue: ST-1, the security level is "CA ONLY". 

How can I set PD-1 security level "CA ONLY" after I link PD-1 with ST-1 by a script, post function or a plugin?

Hi, 

it seems that your issues are in two different projects. Did you assign the issue security scheme to both projects?

If not, add the issue security scheme also to the PD-project. After you've done this, you can set "CA ONLY" to your issue PD-1.
