How can I update the apps that are listed in the Apps menu selection?

How can I update the apps that are listed in the Apps menu selection?

The Apps listed in the dropdown menu in our Jira instance need to be updated. It lists 3 at the top and 2 of them are not even in use anymore, nor do we have licenses for them. Seems like that should be easy to update, but I'm not seeing it

Hello @Jamie Edmondson

It's probably because your Jira administrator hasn't uninstalled those Apps.

Send an email to your company Service Desk / IT Administrator and ask them to resolve the problem.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
