The Apps listed in the dropdown menu in our Jira instance need to be updated. It lists 3 at the top and 2 of them are not even in use anymore, nor do we have licenses for them. Seems like that should be easy to update, but I'm not seeing it

It's probably because your Jira administrator hasn't uninstalled those Apps.
Send an email to your company Service Desk / IT Administrator and ask them to resolve the problem.
