How can I upload my own icon to my newly crated project?

Is it possible for me to upload my own icon to assign it my Jira team managed project?  

I see in Project Settings>Change Icon and select the ellipsis for more options but unfortunately I don't see anything that already in existence that is appropriate for my project.  I would like to upload my own icon but not sure it's possible.  

Or am I required to only select one of the existing options provided by Jira Cloud?

I am currently a Jira Admin and I only see changing icons for priorities but nothing regarding projects.  I've been searching online and the only instruction I do see Is regarding priorities.  

Any assistance will help.

Can you provide an image of what you see?

When I go to the Project Settings page for a Team Managed project and click on Details I see this:

When I click on Change Icon, the pop up shows me two options for adding a custom icon for this project.

There doesn't appear to be a way to add more graphics/icons to the list from which an icon can be selected though.

@Trudy Claspill When I asked this question, I had taken all these steps and it wasn't working.  Now it's allowing me to upload an avatar of my choosing.  Thanks.  

FYI, I was out sick yesterday and didn't have my laptop with me at home which is why it took me so long to respond.
