How can I use port 8080 with my second Jira instance if the the first one has been shut down?

How can I use port 8080 with my second Jira instance if the the first one has been shut down?

I installed the second instance of JIRA as a Windows service. The first one has been shut down.

I want to use port 8080 with my new instance but it doesn't work.
When I check the port with:
netstat -ano | find ":8080"

nothing shows up.

Also I don't see the second instance's service on the list of services.

Did it actually install all the way through?

The problem is solved. I had to rename the first service in registry and then install the second instance of Jira as a service.
