 i want do that automaticly Upgrade in Jira

But how to Upload the Files ? No SSH is active !

You will need to talk to the administrator of the server about how you're supposed to get files on to it so you can use them.

I cannot tell you how to set up a system to transfer files between servers - I don't know what you've got, file transfers are not Atlassian software, I don't know what your organisations preferences are or what constraints you might have.

You've said it's a Linux server, that's fine.  The most obvious thing to do is install an SSH server on it, and enable it to accept files via SCP (most SSH servers will do this automatically), but there's plenty of other options out there, and you should use one that your organisation approves of or supports.
