How can i assign one transition in a workflow only to a specifc person?

I have to assign completed testing transition to only one person. others cant move the issue from IN QA to DONE.

Welcome to the community.

If this workflow is in a Team Managed project, you would add a Rule to the transition, selecting the "Restrict who can move an issue" option.

If this is a workflow in a Company Managed project, then you would add a Condition to the transition. The available conditions are limited if you are working with native Jira Cloud functionality. I think you would have to use the User Is In Group or User Is In Project Role and create a special Group or Role for that one user.
