How can i create workflow on jira cloud by rest api

Hy,

I want to create workflow on jira cloud by rest api.

I have a jira instance server on premise and i can get workflows by rest api on my server.

Can y get my on premise workflows and create each of them by rest api on cloud istance ?

I'm not super familiar with the API, but there is documentation here about creating workflows via API for Jira cloud:
