How can i develop event listner to create a custom field when i install my jira plugin

If someone can deliver me a link or ST like that , how to develop an event listner which it create a custom field (Select list ) when i install my jira plugin ?

Hello,

You do not need a listener, you need to use either LifeCycleAware interface or InitializingBean interface. Here is an exmample:
