How can i make seperate section to write about project and post my requirements and flowcharts ?

I want to create a space project-wise where i can save the projects related documents like information about project owner, stakeholders, Project requirements and flowcharts.

Confluence would be the perfect match for you. You can easily switch between Jira and Confluence, provide the necessary background of the project, linked Jira issues, even make use of templates for team retrospectives. 

Documenting is best done in a good documenting program: Confluence!

Thank you for your response. I have a quick question regarding the JIRA Basic package. Does it include Confluence, or is that a separate purchase?

Confluence would be a separate purchase. 

It's also made by Atlassian, hence the synergy between Confluence and Jira.
