I want to remove my external LDAP and manage all my users in jira internal directory

if I remove LDAP and add a new user with the same email will it create a duplicate account?
Are you trying to move LDAP users to Atlassian Admin and are currently using LDAP Atlassian Access?
@sd nayak I am not aware of an automated way to migrate from access to admin. I would suggest contacting support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ All of the user migration documentation is really from server to cloud https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/user-management-and-migration/
