How can i set a field required based on another field in Jira Software?

I have Security Bug Filed of options Yes / No.

If I select Yes the other 3 fields like SecurityBug1 SecurityBug2 SecurityBug3 Need to be Mandatory

With the functionalities that Jira currently offers, you can't do that. You can only achieve it with the use of an app like JMWE, or scriptrunner (possibly others as well).
