Hello, i wanted to know if there is any chance to set a reminder for a ticket with any status that i am working on it, If yes how this reminder will notify me? (email, slack etc)
Thank you
Hi @fnatsikas
To the list of tools, you can consider Boomerang: Reminders for Jira. This add-on helps to create reminders about important issues. You can create a new reminder for an issue and specify the message, time, recipients and recurring settings. Also, there could be a few reminders for one issue. You just need to select date and time as reminder trigger, choose the recipient (or assign it to yourself)
If you have any additional questions, I'm here to help you.

Filter will work fine if you want a daily (or otherwise scheduled) Reminder.
I use the Issue Reminders app for more ad-hoc use

There are others as well that do similar.

Hi @fnatsikas
You can create an issue filter to get a list of issues. Then you can subscribe to that filter. All info can be found in this knowledge base article
Kind regards
Jorden

PS, this will send you a mail based on your interval with the list of issues that match your search criteria. So you can use this as a reminder of any open issues.
