I am using several systems from Atlassian.
2 of them are Jira software & Confluence.
All of our Product Stories are written in Confluence (in our "Product" space)
Is there a way to show in the issue the content from the confluence in a jira issue?
without adding basically the entire R&D team to a system where I only need the product team to be?

Simply, click "link confluence page" on the issue

But that will take the user to confluence and they must have a license to be able to view the page

Then I would do the export to pdf on Confluence and attach it to your issue

You could consider exporting the page to pdf and attaching. This makes sense if the page is ultimately static with few ongoing changes.
