Hello,
I was able to add the "due date" field in all of my issues (Stories/tasks/subtasks/bugs). I would like these due dates to be displayed in the scrum board. I did a bit of research but struggling to find the "card layout" option.
Could you please help?
Hello @Preeti Rajasekharan
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will be displayed at the bottom of the panel on the left.
If you are working with a Company Managed project, follow the guidance provided by @Tim Perrault .
If you are working with a Team Managed project, Card Layout customization is not currently available. There is a change request for that here:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17336
In a Team Managed project if you use the built in Due Date field then the information should automatically display on the cards.
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I'm working on a "Team Managed" project. That probably explains it all.
I've also voted for the change request.
Kind regards,
Preeti

When you configure the board, you can go to Card layout. Then you can add the fields you would like to see and that will allow you to show up to 3 extra fields on your cards.

To be more specific, if you are on the Backlog page for instance, in the top right you should see 3 dots and that's where you will find the board settings option.

Thanks Tim, Im working on a "Team Managed" project. Hence it isn't showing up.
I shall wait for Atlassian to "consider" my request and hopefully this will be a small wait.
