Agile poker estimation panel keeps disconnecting while choosing story points during estimation, in a session whole team faces this issue, sometimes we can put the story points but sometimes it disconnects and suggests to reconnect.
P.s - posting this question from a personal account, use Jira in a company I'm currently in and facing this issue in work account.
Hi @HimanshU PrasaD -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Jira has no built-in features for planning poker, so your team is using some form of addon product from the marketplace for this feature.
Please talk to your company's Jira Admin to identify the vendor and then contact their support team via the marketplace, or other channel, for help with this issue. Thanks!
Kind regards,
Bill
Thanks a lot Bill for the reply, I don't think if we are using any addon, we are just using the session where we choose estimate values and submit our votes.
-taking this as an example(Kayaking team Poker), our current session keeps disconnecting, what could possibly a reason for that ?

That is definitely a marketplace addon and not a built-in feature of Jira.
Please check in with your site admin to look at the installed applications and that will help you determine which vendor to contact for support.

Hi @HimanshU PrasaD ,
Please raise a ticket on Spartez Software (an Appfire company) Support Portal and we can help you with that! :)
Cheers,
Pedro
