How can we give autorisation to add a release?

I am trying to give one of our users who is admin on the project, the ability to create a new release on the project, but i did not find how, can you please help me?

Release are also named Version in JIRA Projects, you need to have Administer Project permission to be able to managed them.

She is admin in the project and also leas but she can not manage them

Some app add permissions in the permission scheme to manage them, so they will need also this custom permission if you have it.

the problem is that there is noting about the releases in the permission scheme, i can add one, the previous admin and lead could too, but the new one that I just added cannot.

Do you know how to manage this?
