How can we make "Components" as a mandatory field for Jira project?

Hello,

We would like to make "Components" as a mandatory field for one Jira project. I can't find "Components" in the "custom field" list as "Components" now is a feature. I have admin permission. Does anybody have recommendation on this? Thanks!

Hi @Rose Ran 

If this is the Standard Components field, go to Cog icon -> Issues -> Field Configuration -> field configuration assigned to your project.

There you can set fields as Required.
