You can go to Projects-> choose your project. Then you will see the Add link button. This button will let you link a web page to your project.
If this functionality is not enough, have a look at the Atlassian marketplace for plugins. For example, you can use this one:

only one link per project is sometimes to less. We use this field for general kind of initial description for projects.
But solution is already found.

Beside linking to an issue you can also add "normal" links, eg to web pages. This should also work for links to documents on an SharePoint server.
If you want to share an email, I think it will be best to save that email as file and save it as attachment. If only the attachment are important, add only those.
