How can we see who changed an Organization name in Jira?

Hello, 

We've noticed recently that some of our organization names have recently changed. This is causing multiple filters, reports, dashboards, etc. to break. How can we determine who changed an organization name and when was it done?

Hello Paul:
I'm unsure if I'm completely following, but I think you're looking for an audit trail.

1. If so, open your project. 
2. From the top right, click the gear icon.
   • The System/Setting screen opens.
     
3. From the left menu, select Audit Log.
   1. The System/Audit Log screen opens.
      

You should be able to view changes made.

Audit log doesn't have such information. I renamed few Orgs today, but no single line in audit log about that.

ps. I'm using Jira Server, not Cloud.
