How can you copy components from one project to another

If this is a one time effort you can use the JIRA REST API to copy the components.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

It's hard to imagine a situation where it would be a one time effort.

The typical scenario is a series of projects working on a particular product. So every single time you need to copy the darn components :(
