How could I replicate the same list of options from one customer Custom field to another field?

Hello All,

I manually defined the full list of customers in the field "Target Customer(s)".
This was painful as there are 270 customers.
I would have liked to reference this same list in other fields, but I was said before it is not possible.
By the way, is there a way to copy/import the list of options in another field?
Thru Jira command line interface?

I would like this list to be replicated in " Committed Customer(s)" field already existing,
and also in the custom field, I will create for BUGs: " Customer".

Any help/guidelines will be useful

Do you have those value in a CSV? If wes you can import them easily
