How could assign more than one person at one userstory?

Hi, O need to assign more than one single person at the same user story. Is it possible?

No, the assignee is a single person, the one who is currently responsible for getting an issue done.  Jira does not allow multiple assignees because it does not work in real life, and you should never do it.

Nothing wrong with having other people named as "who to talk to if <assignee> isn't around" or "other interested people" - you would do that with a custom field, either a user-picker, a multi-user picker, or a group picker, or even a project picker.  Or you could create sub-tasks for the different pieces of it that different people are responsible for.

Assignee field allows you to ass one person at a time.

May I know the purpose please, why you are interested to assign a user story to multiple users ?

How about creating sub-tasks under the story and assigning it to multiples users.
