How do I add a flag filter to add to my filter for unresolved issues?

I want to filter the results that show flagged tickets within unresolved issues

I believe this it will usefull for you:

"Flagged[Checkboxes]" is not EMPTY AND statusCategory != Done

All flagged and unresolved tickets. You can refine JQL by filtering on project, status, etc.
