Currently, my Jira Cloud projects are hosted inside a link with my name (example: name.atlassian.net). I want to change this to be something more reflective of our team and not personal. I tried editing in bitbucket but clearly i've gone wrong - do you have advice?
Hey @Laryssa
I found this Atlassian KB on changing the cloud instance URL address.
Let me know if this is what you are looking for or if you have any further questions.
Thanks,
Brittany

Thanks Brittany ! This worked out perfect (for anyone that finds this post-mortem, the page refers you to importing confluence specifically, so some of the settings are different in Jira Cloud. I went to System Settings > Backups and was able to complete). There is some vagueness in the import about whether or not you have to do settings, users and issues or not... but it all imported as one.
