How do I create a feature team for xray?

When you create a test, then you got in the first tab the possibility to select a Feature Team for that test.

But how do I create these teams in Xray/jira?

What I do expect is that the create screen used on the issue type Test has a field called Feature Team.

This is a field in Jira not related to Xray.

If there are options in this field, please check with your Jira administrator, he will be able to values for this field.
