How do I delete a closed sprint?

I've got a sprint that was started, but never got active and now I need to delete it.

I've searched confluence, and found this help;

But the problem is that I don't have the option to delete.

I'm an admin, and can't seem to find anywhere to turn on the rights to delete a sprint after it has been completed.

You'll need the Manage sprints project permission. Then, navigate to Sprint Report and select the sprint you wish to delete.

I allready have that permission, but the delete sprint is not available in sprint report.
