How do I delete or rename a version?

I need to delete or rename a set of versions that were created as tests.

I have the same question, but I can't seem to find 'releases' on this board. It's a Kanban board. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks in advance

You are on the 'project settings' screen, Click on 'Back to project' second link from top left and from there you can see releases link.
