How do I display all user defined fields for a user in JIRA

I would like to show all fields associated with a JIRA user

Hi Roland,

Fields are not associated with a user. They are associated (Context) with projects and/or issue types and are visible on forms. So I guess you could trace back what fields are viewable by a user, but that would take quite a bit of work. 

What is it that you are really trying to accomplish?

I am trying to view/edit UIDs for some users

Hello John.  Thank you for your quick response.  I am new to the cloud version of JIRA and am attempting to view/edit UIDS for some users.
