How do I exclude certain issue types from Validator checklist

I have downloaded the plug-in 'Checklist' and created 'Definition of Done'. I have managed to add this to only one project; but how do I restrict applying this checklist to only certain issue types. Basically, I want to exclude the issue types - Epic and Story.

Any help/guidance is greatly appreciated.

Hello @Raju Kotha,

You haven't specified precisely which checklist app you use. 

In Issue Checklist provided by my team, you can set which issue types get the given checklist: set default checklist for issue type

hi @Raju Kotha,

with Checklist you can't but you might be able to add another validator that checks the issue-types (can't remember whether that's out of the box, I mostly use scriptrunner and that definitely has a validator like that).
