How do I find this 'shared' product in my regular Jira account

Doug Schumacher February 11, 2025

Someone shared a Jira product with me, and now I can't find any reference to it, except for a link in support, but I can't get to the project from that link.

Can someone please explain where I can find a product someone shared with my main Jira account? thx

Hey @Doug Schumacher , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

I believe you're asking about Discovered Products. Please check out how to view them here, if you're an org admin in your company https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/review-discovered-products/ .

If you're not an org admin, you will need to ask someone in your company who is to help.

Best wishes

Thx Valerie, but that's not showing me what I need. Someone from another account shared a project with my Jira account (of which I'm the admin).

UPDATE: I did just go to this page below:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/forums/postpage/choose-node/true/interaction-style/qanda?community-source=value-props

There, I can see the various products that have been shared with me, but when I click them, it takes me to support for that product.

I had to copy and paste the URL into a new browser window and was able to see the product. Not a very good user experience, and I'm guessing there has to be an easier way to navigate to that project.
