How do I get rid of the Jira dialog boxes

As Jira Server 7.5 admin, I want to get rid of the 2 boxes overlying my profile on the right. Can someone tell me how to do this?

What boxes?

one box says

Your computer's time zone does not appear to match your JIRA time zone preference of (GMT+00:00) UTC.

Update your JIRA preference

the other box says:

Your access to Atlassian Support and new releases for one or more of your applications has expired. Show details

They're not going away until you fix the problems with them. Adjust the time for your profile, and buy a new licence to get rid of them both.
