Hi @Michael Hansel,

you have to configure a screen with the respective fields and assign this screen to a screen scheme. Afterwards, you have to assign the created screen scheme to all the required issue types (Story, Task, etc.) with an issue type screen scheme. After assigning this issue type screen scheme to the respective project, all of the assigned issue types are equipped with the required fields.

How to configure an issue type screen scheme is described here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/associating-screen-and-issue-operation-mappings-with-an-issue-type-938847305.html

Best regards

Dennis

hi @Dennis S_

thank you for your prompt response.
I cant find the gear button as in Step 1 of the tutorial Choose (gear button)> Issues.

I'm on my board page, I can see my sprint , my backlog with all the issue

Hi @Michael Hansel,

you need administration rights (not only project administration, but JIRA administration) to see the administration button (gear button). If you are not an administrator, you can´t realize your requirements by yourself. In this case, you have to contact an administrator.

I see,
thanks Dennis

If you are an administrator, the gear button is at the top right of the screen next to your profile avatar.
