How do I populate JIRA swimlanes based on all status of a JIRA ticket

I have approximately 10 status for a given JIRA ticket. the status includes To do, In development, In progress, Need fixing, etc.... Up to DONE. 

When I click on current sprint, I see limited number of swimlanes but not ALL . e.g. I do not see QA verification, QA completed, PR Review etc..

 How do I populated all these Lanes to pinpoint which ticket is in which lane. 

I do not have access to Workflows. can someone assist in here pls ?

Hi @pankaj_maghade ,

In the board settings, select the "Columns" tab. This section allows you to manage the mapping of statuses to columns.

Map the New Status:

 

  • If the new status is not yet mapped to any column, it will appear in the "Unmapped statuses" panel.

  • Drag and drop the new status from the "Unmapped statuses" panel to the desired column on your board.

Add a New Column (if needed):

If you need a new column for the new status:

  • Click the "+" icon to the right of the existing columns to add a new column.

  • Enter a name for the new column and select its category (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Done).

  • Drag the new status to this newly created column.

Save Changes:

Ensure that all changes are saved to update the board configuration.

I dont see option to add columns in jira board setting. It says contact your JIRA admininstrator. Who would that be ? can you guide here pls ?
