How do I reassign a project to a new project lead?

We are now using Jira Server version 8.6.1 and I can no longer change any of the project leads. Once assigned to a Project Lead, there appears to be no way of reassign the lead to someone else. I need to update leads on multiple projects do to a change in staff. Please help.

You can change the lead by:

Going to Project settings | Users and roles | Edit defaults
