When issues are created myself along with my manager are auto notified of the new ticket and our names are auto added as Watchers.. My manager is no longer with the company, I need to remove his name and add someone else. Can someone tell me the path to make this change? Thanks....Sondra
I think there is a post function in the workflow. First, identify the workflow which is used for the ticket. Then switch the workflow into the Edit mode and find the create issue transition Go to the post functions tab and look for a post function, which would add a watcher to the issue.
Thank you, after going back thru all the admin options again, I was able to find an autowatcher option. On the screen it listed all our "Issue Types" and I was able to remove my previous managers name and add new names to the various Issue Types. With the new look of the admin pages, I am lost on where to find most things.
